Woman who jumped into river with 3-year-old son dies in Kannur, search underway for child

Kannur: In a shocking incident, a woman died after jumping into a river with her three-year-old son at Chembalikundu here on Sunday. The deceased is MV Reema (30), a native of Vayalapra. Fire Force personnel have been searching for the child, who is suspected to have been swept away by the current.
