Raj Nayak partners with YAAP to roll out 'House of IP' venture studio

Raj Nayak, former COO of Viacom18 and founder of House of Cheer, has launched a new venture, 'House of IP,' in strategic partnership with YAAP Digital, a digital content and influencer marketing firm.

House of IP is positioned as a venture studio focused on the development and scaling of event and entertainment intellectual properties across categories such as sports, music festivals, digital formats, and branded experiences. The initiative will support both original concepts and existing IPs through strategic advisory, content creation, brand building, and monetisation.

“At a time when content is fragmented, attention spans are shrinking, and brands are seeking more immersive and ownable experiences, the need for strong, scalable IPs is more urgent than ever,” said Raj Nayak, Founder of House of IP. “This venture is about building cultural properties that connect deeply with audiences while delivering real value to brands and platforms.”

The partnership with YAAP aims to combine Nayak’s experience in content creation and brand-led storytelling with the agency’s digital-first approach to platform and community engagement.

“At YAAP, we’ve always believed in the power of IPs to build lasting brand equity. Partnering with Raj to launch House of IP is a natural extension of our vision. With his creative leadership and our digital-first DNA, we’re excited to co-create iconic, scalable properties that will redefine how brands engage with culture and communities,” said Atul Hegde, Founder of YAAP.

House of IP is currently setting up offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Dubai, as it prepares to roll out its first slate of projects in the coming months.
