Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 4: Hit or flop? Ahaan Pandya’s romantic drama sets new records in 4 days, earns Rs…
Two newcomers, Ahaan Panday and Aneeta Padda, are making waves as their film has made a thunderous entry into the cinema world. Their debut film, Saiyaara, a romantic-emotional drama, hit theatres on 18 July, and within just a few days, it has shattered multiple records.
Not only fans but Bollywood actors are also gushing over the film and the actors.
Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 4
According to the early reports from Sacnilk, the film has earned Rs 0.45 crores on the fourth day of its release (These are just the morning figures).
Within just four days, the film has surpassed the weekend collections of Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh and Aashiqui 2. Kabir Singh had done a collection of Rs 70.83 crores, and Aashiqui 2 had earned Rs 20.5 crores in the weekend, and Saiyaara has surpassed both these films.
How much has Saiyaara earned so far?
According to Sacnilk, here’s the film’s day-wise box office breakdown:
- Day 1 (Friday): Rs 21 crore
- Day 2 (Saturday): Rs 25 crore
- Day 3 (Sunday): Rs 37 crore
- Day 4 (Monday): Rs 0.45 crore (morning estimates)
It even surpassed the weekend figures of Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, and Sunny Deol’s latest outings.
Saiyaara’s surpassed these recent releases, too
Released alongside Anupam Kher’s Tanvi the Great and Sonakshi Sinha’s Nikita Roy, Saiyaara has left both films far behind at the box office. While the others failed to make a mark, Saiyaara soared.
Hit or flop?
Well, we are not sure till now, if the film is hit or flop. But talking about the film’s budget, it’s made under Rs 60 crore, and in just four days, it’s recovered that entirely. But is it a hit yet?
In industry terms, a film is declared a “hit” only when it earns double its budget. That means Saiyaara needs to touch Rs 120 crore to be officially in the hit club. However, looking at the momentum, it may not be far off.
What is the film all about?
Directed by Mohit Suri, the film introduces Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in lead roles. Their fresh pairing and heartfelt performances are striking a chord with audiences, especially younger viewers.
Despite stiff competition from high-budget films, Saiyaara is proving that storytelling and chemistry still matter.
