Kushalnagar Municipality gets 23 wards after upgrade and boundary changes

Kushalnagar, recently elevated to a municipality in 2021, has expanded from 16 to 23 wards, prompting upcoming civic elections to select representatives. The upgrade, long sought after and finalized with the support of M.P. Appachchu Ranjan, now includes Mullusoge and part of GuddeHosur, shortening the term of existing gram panchayat members. Ward-wise reservation details will be announced soon.
