RBI draft: Digital banking not mandatory for other services, proposes stronger fraud protection rules

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in an official draft, declared that banks should not mandate digital banking for users to access other services. This was among other directives which the central bank is looking to get industry views on before imposing it as a mandate for digital banking.
