M.K. Stalin health update: TN CM advised rest for 3 days, to discharge official duties from hospital

Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin has been admitted to the Apollo hospital at Greams Road in Chennai on Monday. The chief minister during the routine morning walk experienced a brief episode of mild giddiness.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan and other leaders spoke to the chief minister and wished him speedy recovery. His son Udayanidhi reportedly visited the CM for the second time on Monday night.
In an official medical bulletin, Dr. Anil B.G. the director of medical services of Apollo hospitals said that the chief minister was brought to the hospital for a “evaluation of his symptoms and the necessary diagnostic tests are being done.”
A press release released by Apollo Hospitals said Stalin will continue discharging his dutes in official capacity from the hospital during his stay.
Stalin, apparently goes for a brisk morning walk everyday and completes atleast 3.5 to 4 kms everyday at the Theosophical society in Tamil Nadu.
On Monday, despite his hospitalisation, Stalin paid tribute to former Kerala Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan who passed away in the evening. In a social media post, Stalin wrote: "Comrade V S Achuthanandan leaves behind a revolutionary legacy deeply etched in Kerala's political conscience."
Calling him a beloved mass leader, Stalin said he embodied principled politics and the spirit of public service.
Due to his inability to attend the funeral, Stalin deputed Tamil Nadu Minister for Natural Rescources, S Regupathy, to pay homage to the late Kerala leader.
