CJI Gavai Declines To Hear Justice Varma’s Plea, Directs Listing Before Another Bench

Chief Justice BR Gavai said it may not be proper for him to take up Justice Yashwant Varma’s plea challenging the in-house panel’s findings in the cash-at-residence case.
