Breaking: Tanushree Dutta Alleges Harassment at Home, Calls Police for Help; Emotional Video Goes Viral
Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta has once again come into the spotlight after posting an emotional video on social media, in which she is seen crying and pleading for help. In the video, Tanushree alleges that she is being harassed inside her own home and had to call the police for immediate assistance. She claims the harassment has been ongoing for the past 4–5 years and that it has severely impacted her mental and physical health, leaving her unable to work. While she did not name anyone specifically in her videos, she hinted that domestic staff may have been “planted” in her home to disturb her. In response to her call, Mumbai’s Oshiwara Police visited her residence in Andheri’s Samarthangan building. They have urged her to file an official complaint at the police station so they can take legal action. Senior police officials have taken the matter seriously and are trying to understand the nature of the alleged harassment. If Tanushree is unable to visit the police station due to health or safety reasons, a female officer may be sent to her home to record her statement. The situation remains sensitive as police continue their investigation.
