Fresno shooting: Kuvar Kumar killed outside home; police say attack 'not random'

In Fresno, Kuvar Kumar, a 33-year-old man, was fatally shot near his residence. The incident occurred on Monday evening. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Kumar dead at the scene. Investigators believe the attack was targeted. Two people were inside the home during the shooting, including Kumar’s brother.
