Bhopal man duped in online class scam; loan taken using his OTP and documents

In Bhopal, a parent fell victim to cyber fraud after enrolling his child in online classes. Scammers posing as representatives of the learning platform used his documents and OTP to take out a loan of Rs 17,000 in his name. The Cyber-crime Branch has registered a case and is investigating, urging caution when sharing personal information online.
