JAMMU, July 24: In a pulsating contest held at the Greenfield International Stadium in Trivandrum, J&K Masters registered a memorable 92–85 victory over the Kerala Knights in the ongoing Stephen Koshy Jacob Memorial International Masters Basketball Tournament.
The encounter was marked by high-intensity gameplay and competitive spirit, but it was J&K’s superior teamwork and tactical execution that ultimately sealed the win.
Leading from the front was Randhir Singh, who delivered a commanding performance with 35 points, dominating the court with his offensive precision and defensive composure. He emerged as the clear standout of the match. Iqbal Singh added significant momentum with 21 points, displaying agility and sharp finishing, while Vishal Sharma contributed a strong 18 points, playing a key role in J&K’s attacking transitions.
The victory was also shaped by contributions from Shubham Sharma, who added 11 points and Amit Bharti, who chipped in with 5 points, underscoring the team’s bench strength and depth in talent.
