C Vijayakumar, one of Indian IT’s longest-serving CEOs, gets a third term at HCLTech

In a stock exchange filing on Thursday, the company said it approved Vijayakumar's reappointment from 1 September 2025 to 31 March 2030, subject to the approval of shareholders.
