Odisha Vigilance Raids Deputy Ranger’s Properties on DA Allegations

Jeypore: The Odisha Vigilance launched simultaneous raids today at six locations linked to Rama Chandra Nepak, Deputy Ranger-cum-Incharge Ranger of Jeypore Forest Range, Koraput, following allegations of possessing disproportionate assets.
The operation, authorized by search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore, has already unearthed Rs. 3.5 lakh in unaccounted cash, with searches still ongoing.
The raids, conducted by a team comprising six Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), five Inspectors, nine Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), and supporting staff, targeted the following locations in Jeypore and Bhubaneswar:
1. His building located on paternal land at NKT Road, PR Petta, Jeypore Town, Dist. Koraput.
2. His Flat No. 510 at Golden Height Residential Apartment, PR Petta, Jeypore Town.
3. His other Flat No. 511at Golden Height Residential Apartment, PR Petta, Jeypore Town.
4. Flat of his brother at UMS Bhagabati Mansion, Raghunathpur Jali, Bhubaneswar.
5. House of his in-law located at Sombar Tota, Jeypore Town.
6. His office chamber at Jeypore Forest Range.
