Russia’s Pacific Fleet launched massive “July Storm” drills spanning the Pacific, Barents, and Baltic Seas, involving 150 vessels, 120 aircraft, and nuclear submarines. Over 15,000 troops, 1,000 military vehicles, and 10 coastal missile systems are participating. The drills include live missile launches and joint operations with the FSB and border patrol.
