Minority students in Prayagraj receive scholarships to support higher education

In the financial year 2024-25, the state government of Prayagraj empowered minority students by disbursing Rs 6.79 crore in scholarships to 11,310 students from economically weaker sections across 3,165 institutions. The initiative aims to support their academic aspirations, with funds directly deposited into student accounts through DBT.
