Dialogue in-charges appointed for all constituencies of Hamirpur

The Himachal Pradesh Government has appointed Development Dialogue In-charges (DDIs) in all five Assembly constituencies of Hamirpur district to strengthen grassroots communication between the ruling party and the public. These appointments, made under the direction of Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, were announced by Bhoranj MLA Suresh Kumar in a media release today.

The newly appointed DDIs are: Rajesh Anand for Bhoranj, Sunil Kumar for Hamirpur, Ajay Sharma for Nadaun, Vikram Sharma for Barsar and Suman Bharti for Sujanpur. Their key responsibilities include engaging with Congress workers, disseminating information about the government’s development and welfare programmes and collecting feedback from the ground. These inputs will be regularly submitted to the Chief Minister to guide future policy and outreach.

MLA Suresh Kumar emphasised that the initiative aims to foster greater coordination between the government and the public, with active involvement of local Congress leaders and workers. The DDI mechanism is also intended to help strengthen the party’s image and connect better with grassroots sentiments.

Rajesh Anand expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and MLA Bhoranj for his appointment, pledging to work diligently in the constituency. Vikram Sharma, appointed for Barsar—a seat held by the opposition—said people still have faith in the CM’s leadership, and he would work to fortify the party’s presence there. Other appointees—Ajay Sharma, Sunil Kumar, and Suman Bharti—also committed to raising awareness about government schemes and mobilising party workers effectively.
