Amber Group is set to acquire a 40.24% stake in Unitronics, an Israel-based industrial automation company, for over Rs 400 crore. This all-cash deal will give Amber a strong position in Industry 4.0 solutions and access to global markets. The acquisition will also help Unitronics leverage Amber's manufacturing expertise and expand its reach in India.
