Kinner Kailash Yatra postponed due to adverse weather

Kinner Kailash Yatra that has been going on since July 15 has been postponed as a result of adverse weather conditions in Kinnaur.

As per the district police, the decision to postpone the yatra has been taken in view of adverse weather conditions as well as unsafe state of trial. The district administration has also specified that the yatra will be resumed once weather conditions improve and the route is deemed safe by the authorities concerned. The administration has advised people to follow all safety advisories and stay updated with official updates regarding the yatra. The yatra was scheduled to take place from July 15 till August 30, for which registration form as well as medical certificate has been made mandatory by the district administration.
