Khalid Jamil, India’s new coach

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is poised to appoint Khalid Jamil as the national football team's coach, potentially making him the first full-time Indian coach since 2005. AIFF executive committee favoured Jamil due to his familiarity with Indian players and a strong recommendation from IM Vijayan.
