ICSI-WIRC Celebrates Student Month July-2025
As part of the celebrations for “Student Month – July 2025”, Career Awareness Week – 28th to 31st July 2025, on 31st July 2025, the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducted “Career Guidance Session” at Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College, Kandivali, Mumbai.
The event was conducted under the leadership of CS Hrishikesh Wagh, Chairman, ICSI-WIRC. Dr. G. D. Giri, Principal, Adv. Hardik Goradiya, Coordinator – BAF Department, Trushant Wadkar, HOD – BAF Department, Ms. Megha Toprani, Ms. Vaishnavi Kulkarni and Mr. Sagar Kunbi, Event In-Charge grace the occasion. Students were apprised regarding various process/documentation required for registering the CS Course, registration dates, eligibility, fee structure, etc. Around 65 students from FY & SY BAF attended the session and shown their interest in CS Course.
31st July – Debate Competition - Social Media: Boon or Bane
As part of the celebrations for “Student Month – July 2025”, the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) organized “Debate Competition - Social Media: Boon or Bane” on 31st July 2025 at the WIRC premises in Mumbai.
The event was conducted under the leadership of CS Hrishikesh Wagh, Chairman, ICSI-WIRC. ICSI students participated in the event and took part in the debate competition.

The event was conducted under the leadership of CS Hrishikesh Wagh, Chairman, ICSI-WIRC., Smt. Devaki Kutty, In-Charge Principal, Prasanth R., Vice Principal and Mr. Nainesh, Professor – Degree College grace the occasion. Students were apprised regarding various process/documentation required for registering the CS Course, registration dates, eligibility, fee structure, etc. Around 450 students from FYB.Com, BAF and BBI attended the session.
