Deion Sanders breaks silence after keeping cancer a secret from sons

Deion Sanders battled bladder cancer privately this year. He kept it from his sons, Shedeur and Shilo, to avoid distracting them from their football goals. Sanders underwent successful surgery and is now cancer-free. His sons are currently pursuing NFL careers. Shedeur is at Cleveland Browns training camp. Shilo joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
