The application procedure for NIACL AO 2025 through online mode opened on August 7, 2025. The candidates are required to submit their application form, pay the application fee, and make any required alterations until the last date, August 30, 2025. Candidates can download and take a printout of the application form up to September 14, 2025, as per the media reports. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are applying for the NIACL AO 2025 recruitment should fulfill the following conditions:
Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 21 and 30 years.
Educational Qualification: Qualifications according to post are different. Candidates should possess a postgraduate or graduate degree pertaining to the post for which they are applying.

Payment of application fees should be made online. Below is the category-wise fees:

NIACL AO 2025 Selection Process
There are three stages in the selection process for NIACL AO 2025:
1. Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
Online MCQ test consisting of the following subjects:
-English Language
-Reasoning Ability
-Quantitative Aptitude
-This phase is of a qualifying nature and a screening test.
2. Phase 2: Mains Examination
This phase has both objective and descriptive aspects. The sections are:
-Reasoning
-English Language
-General Awareness
-Quantitative Aptitude
-Professional Knowledge (for Specialist posts)
3. Interview
Shortlisted applicants will face an interview for testing their subject knowledge, communication skills, and overall fitment for the Administrative Officer post. The selection will be on the basis of performance in the Mains and Interview.
