CSS officers objected to the internal structure of 'Kartavya Bhawan', questions raised on confidentiality-efficiency
Kartavya Bhavan: Central Secretariat Service officers have objected to the internal structure of Kartavya Bhavan-3. The CSS Forum wrote a letter to the PMO saying that the open office design affects confidentiality and analytical work. There is a risk of leaking of conversations in sensitive matters. The officers have demanded a change in the design.
