National War Memorial, New Delhi:

India's sole official war memorial, which was inaugurated in 2019, stands in perfect harmony with the grand symmetry of Rajpath and the central vista. Designed with simplicity, landscaped elegance, and a deep sense of solemnity, it honours soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. At its heart are four concentric circles inspired by the chakravyuh of the Mahabharata, symbolising immortality, bravery, sacrifice, and protection. Kargil War Memorial, Dras:
