UP CM Yogi Adityanath Highlights Public-Centric Agenda As Monsoon Session Commences

In Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the state’s monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly, emphasizing the importance of discussions centered on public welfare and development. Addressing the members, he noted that the UP legislature is the largest in India, setting an example for others through its debates on people-oriented issues. Highlighting the achievements of the past eight and a half years, Yogi said the House has consistently advanced meaningful dialogue on governance, infrastructure, economic growth, and welfare programs. This session, he stated, carries a crucial agenda to fulfill the aspirations of the state’s 25 crore citizens, with a particular focus on “Viksit Bharat, Viksit Uttar Pradesh” (Developed India, Developed UP). He urged all legislators to actively participate in discussions during the Question Hour to ensure that the assembly remains a focal point for progress. The CM praised the government’s efforts in poverty alleviation, infrastructure enhancement, and economic reforms, calling on members to continue supporting these initiatives.
