MP horror: Woman strangles her 2 daughters, wraps bodies in mat

In a shocking incident in Ujjain's Tuljapur, a 24-year-old woman, Pooja, strangled her two minor daughters, aged four and eight months, to death. After the crime, she informed her sister-in-law. Police have detained Pooja, and she confessed to the murders. Mental instability is suspected as a possible motive, and a medical examination is planned to determine the cause.
