On August 17, PM Modi started two big road projects in Haryana. After the green signal from the PM, the country’s first 8 lane urban elevated Dwarka Expressway and Urban Extension Road-2 built from Gurugram to IGI Airport have been opened for the people. With the help of 29 km long Dwarka Express, now people will reach Delhi directly from Gurugram in minutes. With the help of this expressway, not only the people of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon will get relief, but areas like Bawana, Narela, Mundka, Rohini, Samaypur Badli, Kanjhawala and Kiradi will also benefit.

Travel to Noida, Delhi, Gurugram will become easier

Travel to Noida, Delhi and Gurugram will become easier through Dwarka Expressway and UER-II road. It will connect Mahipalpur near IGI Airport to Alipur in North Delhi and connect it to NH-44. It will also reduce congestion on Delhi’s ring road. This will reduce the pressure on NH-48, NH-44, Ring Road and Barapullah Elevated Corridor.

Where will UER-II start from

UER-2 will start from Delhi-Chandigarh Highway in Alipur, Delhi. Further, passing through Mundka, Bakkarwala, Najafgarh, Dwarka, it will end on Delhi-Gurugram Expressway near Mahipalpur. At the same time, UER-II will start from near Akshardham Temple and will also connect to Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. With the opening of this corridor, the traffic pressure on the Inner and Outer Ring Road will be reduced. Crowds will be reduced at crowded intersections like Mukabbar Chowk, Dhaula Kuan, Madhuban Chowk, NH9. Due to which the time to reach Delhi airport from Noida will be reduced. It will now take 40 minutes to reach IGI Airport from Sindhu Border.

The total length of Dwarka Expressway is 29 km. This expressway starts from Shiv Murti in Mahipalpur, Delhi and ends at Kherki Daula Toll Plaza in Gurugram.
