Also, strong winds are expected at a speed of 40-50 km per hour. Very heavy rain is expected in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on 18 and 19 August. Kerala and Mahe will receive heavy rains from 18 to 20 August. Very heavy rain is expected in South Odisha and South Chhattisgarh on 18 August.
