Randhawa, who hails from Gurdaspur in Punjab, grew up with an active and athletic lifestyle. But his busy singing career often left him with little time for workouts.

He revealed that with the help of a personal trainer, he worked on each and every body part. "When you are standing, performing, acting, or anything, your body looks in shape from all sides," he said. His focus was on overall body transformation, combining physical fitness with mental strength.

While Randhawa admitted he is a foodie, he was careful about his diet during the transformation. He swapped regular oils with healthier alternatives like olive oil.
His meals included green vegetables and fruits such as apples, grapes, and bananas. He also loved having fresh fruit juices to stay energised.
