Notorious gangster Kartik Baggan shot dead in Ludhiana; 1 injured

Notorious criminal Kartik Baggan, associated with the Puneet Bains gang and facing multiple FIRs, was fatally shot near Sundar Nagar Chowk in Ludhiana. Bike-borne assailants opened fire, killing Kartik and injuring his friend Sarvan, who was riding with him. Kartik, previously targeted in another shooting, succumbed to four bullet wounds.
