CBSE warns schools: Sloppy data checks blamed; delays warned
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a circular tightening rules for correcting Class 10 and 12 students’ demographic details. Highlighting repeated lapses by schools, CBSE has mandated strict verification during admission, registration, and LOC submission. Incomplete or undocumented requests will now be rejected, placing accountability on schools and parents to ensure 100% accurate student records before results.
