Panjab University Campus Students’ Council (PUCSC) elections are underway. Although rain have dampened the spirits, various political group leaders are praying for participants to reach the venue on time.

In response to continuous rainfall, Panjab University authorities have extended the entry time to all departments until 10:45 am.

The decision comes as the university conducts polling for the PUCSC elections.

Earlier, departmental gates were scheduled to close at 9:30 am, with a 10-minute window for latecomers. However, considering the weather conditions, the administration revised the timing to ensure maximum student participation in the voting process.

As per the latest order, “Students (voters) entering the department by 10:45 AM shall be allowed to vote.”
