6000 Saplings Planted at IIT BHU on Teachers Day under the Initiative Ek Ped Guru Ke Naam

On Teachers' Day, IIT (BHU) Varanasi initiated 'Ek Ped Guru Ke Naam,' planting 6,000 saplings using the Miyawaki technique to develop a dense forest on 0.2 hectares. The plantation drive, inaugurated by prominent figures, aims to promote environmental conservation, honor teachers, and foster social harmony. This initiative will raise environmental awareness and reinforce the Guru-Shishya tradition.
