'Hridayapoorvam' box office collection day 11: Mohanlal movie crosses Rs 26 crore mark domestically on Sunday

Sathyan Anthikad directorial 'Hridayapoorvam', starring The Complete Actor Mohanlal in the lead role, went past the Rs 26 crore mark on Sunday- collection reports after the forenoon shows showed. It is safe to assume that the family drama will cross the Rs 27 crore mark by the time the last show of the day gets done.

 

On Saturday, 'Hridayapoorvam' had collected Rs 3.03 crore, Sacnilk's rough estimates showed. It was the fourth time the movie broke the Rs 3 crore mark after collecting Rs 3.25 crore on the opening day as per the website (the first time in the second week). It managed around Rs 0.82 crore on Sunday, taking ne net India collection to Rs 26.55 crore.

 

Mohanlal had unlocked a new Mollywood record earlier this week when the film crossed Rs 50 crores globally. As per the latest available reports, the movie's total worldwide collection now stands at Rs 56 crore.

 

As per Sacnilk, the movie had collected Rs 20 crore net in the first seven days (till Thursday). The film that also features Sangeeth Prathap, Malavika Mohanan, and Sangita Madhavan Nair in important roles earned Rs 2.5 crore on Friday- its second day in theatres. Saturday saw a small recovery with collections touching Rs 3 crore, while Sunday brought in the highest figure of the first four days with Rs 3.7 crore. Entering the weekdays, the earnings declined as expected, with Monday recording Rs 1.9 crore. The downward trend continued on Tuesday, when the film managed Rs 1.75 crore, and Wednesday remained almost flat with a collection of Rs 1.8 crore. On the eighth day, which was the second Thursday since release, the film picked up slightly again to earn Rs 2.1crore.
