Karan Johar’s new restaurant in Gurgaon blends Japanese flavours with modern vibes
Karan Johar and Truepalate Hospitality introduced OJU, a Japanese cuisine restaurant in Gurugram. Chefs Mahmoud Mohamed Awadalla Gaber and Nitin Bhardwaj curated the menu. Aayushi Malik designed the interiors with natural elements. The menu features sushi, tempura, and Robatayaki. Countertopl and Siya Negi conceptualized the bar menu with Japanese and Peruvian influences. Karan Johar envisions OJU expanding to other cities.
