Haryana ADGP 'suicide': DGP, Rohtak SP may go on long leave; govt likely to appoint 'officiating DGP'

Haryana government is reportedly considering sending DGP Shatrujeet Singh Kapur and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarnia on long leave following the suicide of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar. An FIR has been registered based on Kumar's suicide note, which names eight senior IPS officers, including Kapur and Bijarnia, alleging harassment and maligning. Kumar's wife has demanded their suspension and arrest.
