Afghanistan looks at India as a close friend, says Foreign Minister Muttaqi as Delhi upgrades Kabul mission to embassy

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar hosted his Afghan counterpart, Amir Khan Muttaqi, at Hyderabad House on Friday, where the latter emphasised Kabul's willingness to foster friendly relations with New Delhi and noted how India has always extended a helping hand during times of trouble.
