Filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap takes a dig at Shah Rukh Khan, asks him to live in Dubai’s Jannat, says, ‘Yaha samuday’

Filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap is once again in the headlines, and this time the reason is superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Abhinav, who often makes statements against Salman Khan, has now targeted Bollywood’s King Khan. In an interview, he said that Shah Rukh Khan gives nothing to society but only knows how to “take.”

Abhinav Kashyap asks SRK to live in Dubai’s Jannat

Speaking to Bollywood Thikana, Abhinav Kashyap said, “This community only knows how to take, not give. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dubai house is called Jannat, and the one in Mumbai is called Mannat. What does that mean? If your Jannat is there, what are you doing in India? Go and live there,” He further said that Shah Rukh Khan is constantly adding new floors to his bungalow, a symbol of his “growing demands.”

Commenting on the famous dialogue from Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawan, “Talk to the father before touching the son,” Abhinav Kashyap said, “These people have built their palaces beyond the reach of the common man. What can we talk to them about now? Shah Rukh is a master of speech, but his intentions are also corrupt.”

Who is Abhinav Kashyap?

Abhinav Kashyap is the brother of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. He began his screenwriting career with the film Jung and made his directorial debut in 2010 with the Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg, which was a superhit. He later made Besharam with Ranbir Kapoor, but hasn’t directed a film since.
