Devotees are expressing concern over the health of Vrindavan saint Premanand Maharaj after recent videos showed his face swollen and frail. The worry intensified when Maharaj reportedly told a devotee, “Now the last reel of life is playing… when will I meet RadheShyam?” Both of his kidneys have been failing for several years, and he is undergoing dialysis. Since October 4, his daily 4 a.m. padayatra has been suspended indefinitely due to his condition. Despite this, he appears in videos shared through his ashram’s official channels, speaking to devotees. He told YouTuber Elvish Yadav that while both kidneys have failed, he is able to communicate only through divine grace.
