An ASI posted in the Cyber ​​Cell of Rohtak district, Haryana , committed suicide by shooting himself on Tuesday. The incident has caused a stir in the police department. A three-page suicide note and a video message were recovered from the deceased ASI, in which he made serious allegations against IPS officer Y. Puran Kumar.

In the suicide note, the ASI wrote that IPS officer Y. Puran Kumar was involved in corruption and that there was ample evidence against him. He alleged that Puran Kumar had hijacked the entire system by exploiting casteism and that honest officers were being harassed. The ASI wrote that he was sacrificing his life to demand an investigation into this corruption so that the truth could be revealed.

Police reported that ASI Sandeep was posted in the Cyber ​​Cell at the Superintendent of Police’s office. On Tuesday afternoon, police received information that Sandeep’s body was found in a house. The deceased was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. His service revolver was lying near the cot. DSP Gulab Singh arrived at the scene and called in FSL expert Dr. Saroj Dahiya for investigation.

Following the incident, police recovered a three-page suicide note and a video message in which Sandeep leveled serious corruption allegations against the late IPS officer Y. Puran Kumar. In his suicide note, he claimed that Puran Kumar was a corrupt officer. He also wrote in the note that he had a lot of evidence against him. He was afraid of his arrest, hence he decided to take this dreadful step.

This incident has happened seven days after the suicide of IPS Puran Kumar, which has created a stir in the police department. Sandeep has described this as his martyrdom in the suicide note. He has written that Puran Kumar’s family should also not be spared.
