Board Exam 2026 Time Table: State boards, including the CBSE, will begin the Class 10th and 12th board exams (Board Exam 2026 Datesheet) in February-March. The Central Board of Secondary Education released the datesheet in September. According to the schedule, Class 10th and 12th exams will be held from February 17th to July 15th. Four exams will be conducted during this period: the Class 10th first and second exams, along with the Class 12th main exam and supplementary papers.
In addition to the CBSE, several state boards have also announced their dates. The list includes the MP Board, West Bengal, Goa, Karnataka, and Maharashtra Boards. Board exam dates for the UP Board, Bihar, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and other states will be released soon. The ICSE and ISC datesheets have also been released this month. It is recommended to regularly visit their respective websites for updates.
CBSE Board Exam Time Table
The first CBSE board exams for Class 10 and 12 are scheduled to begin on February 17th. The exam will begin at 10:30 am. The time allotted for each subject will be three hours, while for others, two hours. The Class 10 exams will conclude on March 9th. The Class 12 exams will continue until April 9th. The second Class 10 exam will run from May 15th to May 30th. Compartment exams will be held on June 1st. Candidates can download the subject-wise timetable by visiting the CBSE’s official website, http://www.cbse.gov.in. This year, exams for a total of 204 subjects will be conducted in India and 26 other countries. Approximately 4.5 million candidates will participate.
MP Board Exams
MP Board Class 10 exams will be held from February 11th to March 2nd. Class 12 exams will be held from February 7th to March 13th. Students can check the exam schedule by visiting the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, https://www.mpbse.nic.in/. The exams will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Candidates can download the schedule by visiting the website.

West Bengal: The West Bengal State Board Class 10 exams will be held from February 2 to February 12, 2026. Class 12 exams will be held from February 12 to February 27. Students can download the timetable by visiting the official website of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, wbbse.wb.gov.in.
Andhra Pradesh: The Andhra Pradesh Board is scheduled to conduct Class 12 exams from February 24 to March 23. The date for Class 10 board exams has not been announced. For updates, visit the official website: https://bse.ap.gov.in/.
Karnataka: Class 10 exams will be held in Karnataka from March 18 to February 1, while Class 12 exams will be held from February 28 to March 17. The detailed timetable is available at https://kseab.karnataka.gov.in/.
Goa: Class 10th exams in Goa will be held between February 10th and 27th. Class 10th exams are scheduled to be held between March 27th and 28th. The schedule can be downloaded by visiting https://www.gbshse.in/.
Maharashtra: The Maharashtra State Board has also announced the dates for the SSC and HSC exams. Class 12th exams will be held between February 10th and March 18th.
