F-TAM Inaugurates New Community and Learning Center in Thane

The Federation of Telugu Associations of Maharashtra (F-TAM) inaugurated its new community hub — the F-TAM Center — at Regal Plaza, Vasant Vihar, Thane, on Sunday, October 12, 2025. The center was inaugurated by Niranjan Davkhare, MLC.

The initiative, conceptualized under the leadership of Dr. P.V. Ramana (Chairman) and spearheaded by Jaganbabu Ganji (President), Ashok Kante (General Secretary), and Subhash Macha, along with the F-TAM core team, aims to serve as a multipurpose facility for community engagement.

The new center features a mini air-conditioned hall, co-working space, and study area. It will be open not only to F-TAM members but also to non-Telugu youth and the wider community in Thane.

In his address, Niranjan Davkhare ji commended F-TAM’s efforts in fostering inclusivity through initiatives like teaching Marathi to Telugu members and urged the community to utilize the facility for the greater good of society.

Jaganbabu Ganji announced that the center will soon host entrepreneurship training programs for women and youth. During non-peak hours, the facility will also serve senior citizens and host cultural, sports, and educational activities.

The successful setup of the F-TAM Center was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Raghava Rao, M.S. Rao, Haritha, Kiramayee, Rakesh, Dr. Aishwarya, Avinash Naidu, Anji Reddy, Narayana Macha, Abhilash Amula, Nikesh Nair, and several others.
