“When you empower the youth, you empower the nation”

A Certificate Distribution and Job Placement Ceremony was held at CIPET Ranchi, celebrating the successful completion of a six-month Skill Development Training Programme in Machine Operator Injection Moulding (MO IM).

Organized under HURL’s CER initiative in collaboration with CIPET, the programme forms a key part of Project SAKSHAM, HURL’s flagship initiative aimed at nurturing skilled youth and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.

A significant milestone of the programme was the placement of 31 trainees with leading plastic processing industries across India, showcasing the tangible impact of skill development in real-world employment.

The ceremony was graced by the Business Unit Head, HURL Sindri, along with senior officials from HURL and CIPET, whose words of encouragement motivated participants as they embarked on their professional journeys.

Through Project SAKSHAM, HURL continues to empower youth, fostering self-reliance and contributing meaningfully to the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
