J&K Bank opens new cluster office in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, Oct 15: J&K Bank has expanded its operational network by opening a new cluster office in Udhampur to improve customer service and strengthen business operations in the region.
A statement said the office was inaugurated by the Bank’s Chief General Manager (Business Development) Sunit Kumar in the presence of Zonal Head (Udhampur) Lalit Prakash, Cluster Head Naresh Kumar, and other senior officers.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunit Kumar said the new office is part of the Bank’s strategy to enhance coordination among branches and provide faster, more efficient services to the customers.
He said the cluster office will serve as a hub for guidance, monitoring, and support to branches, helping improve decision-making and business growth.
The initiative, he added, reflects the Bank’s commitment to offering customer-centric banking while strengthening its internal systems for future expansion.
The event was participated by officers and staff, highlighting their dedication to the Bank’s mission of excellence and customer satisfaction.
