Jail inmate dies during treatment in Vaishali

A 39-year-old inmate, Ravindra Paswan, died at Vaishali's sadar hospital after his health deteriorated in Hajipur jail. Arrested on October 15 for alleged involvement in illicit liquor sales and a previous escape attempt, Paswan was initially treated at the jail hospital. A postmortem has been conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
