New Delhi: Now, Saudi Arabs can order holy water Zamzam from the comfort of their homes. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new service that allows citizens and residents to order Zamzam water directly to their homes. This service will be available through the Nusuk app.
This initiative removes previous restrictions and aims to further enhance the app’s utility for religious services.

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new feature on its official Nusuk app, allowing people to order 330 ml bottles of Zamzam water anywhere in the country.
This move marks a major step towards ensuring easy access to Zamzam water. Now, citizens and residents will no longer need to visit a distribution centre to obtain Zamzam water.
What features will be available?
No quantity or order limit: Users have no limit on the number of bottles or orders. Now, people across the country can order any number of Zamzam bottles.
Nationwide availability: This feature is available in all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia.
Easy process: Orders can be placed in a few simple steps on the Nusuk app.
This initiative brings convenience, especially to those who have difficulty reaching Zamzam water distribution centres. Now, they can order Zamzam bottles from anywhere. Traditionally, Zamzam water was available in large containers, but now it will be distributed in 330 ml bottles. Saudi officials stated that this change was made to make the water easier to transport and convenient for everyday use.
Where does Zamzam water come from?
