New Delhi: The highly anticipated India vs Australia clash in Perth began on a disappointing note as former Captain Rohit Sharma, making his comeback, struggled to make an impact as he dismissed by Josh Hazelwood.
Rohit Sharma, returning to the ODI fold after a log break, couldn’t find his rhythm as he managed to score only 8 runs off 14 balls. He edged a short-pitched delivery from Josh Hazelwood outside off stump, and it was comfortably caught by Matt Renshaw in the slip, bringing his innings to an early end and marking a disappointing return to the Indian side.
