Samantha celebrates Diwali with ‘rumoured boyfriend’ Raj Nidimoru, shares pics
Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu appears to be hinting at her rumored relationship with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru as she shared glimpses of her Diwali celebrations on Instagram. The pictures, capturing festive cheer, show the duo smiling and enjoying the festivities together.
On Monday, Samantha posted several snapshots, dressed in a green ethnic ensemble, celebrating the festival of lights with Raj, who wore a blue kurta. The images featured everything from the serene home decor to lighting sparklers and firecrackers, but it was the photograph with Raj that attracted the most attention. She captioned the post simply, “Filled with gratitude.”
Samantha and Raj have previously collaborated on popular web series like The Family Man and Citadel: Honey Bunny. While neither has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship, their appearances together have frequently fueled speculation about dating.
Recent reports suggested the couple may be considering living together, with sources stating they are looking for properties to move in together. Raj, who divorced Shhyamali De in 2022, reportedly found love with Samantha during their work on Citadel.
Clarifying false reports about Raj’s personal life, it was noted that he does not have a daughter; the child seen with him in recent media coverage belongs to his co-director Krishna DK. Samantha’s manager, when approached, referred to the speculations simply as “rumours.”
Raj Nidimoru was married to Shhyamali De, an assistant director with experience working under filmmakers like Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Vishal Bhardwaj. Samantha was earlier married to actor Naga Chaitanya.
