Earth now has two moons, at least until 2083 – and NASA confirms it!
Earth has reportedly gained a second moon, a small near-Earth object designated 2025 PN7, which is now classified as a quasi-satellite. This object will co-orbit with Earth until approximately 2083, offering a unique opportunity for scientific study of orbital dynamics and near-Earth asteroids.
