Odisha CM Mohan Majhi stops midway to hear villagers’ grievances in Keonjhar

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi took a hands-on approach to connect with his constituents during a visit to his native village, Raikala, on Tuesday.
During his journey from the Circuit House at around 10 am, Majhi stopped along the roadside to interact with residents who had gathered to raise their grievances and concerns.
The Chief Minister patiently listened to their issues, engaged in discussions, and assured the villagers that the administration would take appropriate measures to address their problems, reflecting a proactive approach to governance.
After attending to the local grievances, Majhi participated in the traditional Gobardhan Puja in Raikala, joining the villagers in age-old rituals and customs.
Following the puja, he will return to Keonjhar around 6 PM, with plans to visit Kali Puja pandals across the district in the evening.

Notably, the Chief Minister had celebrated Diwali in Raikala the previous day, actively participating in the Goth Puja of the Kudumi community. He joined in drumming, traditional music, and festivities, encouraging locals to partake in the celebrations.
